Great location for exploring the Opera House and Circular Quay. Friendly staff were a huge plus. The historic charm of the building paired with modern amenities really made our stay enjoyable. Just a heads up, there's no lift, so be prepared for stairs if needed!
The air conditioning unit in our room was pretty loud, making it hard to sleep when we had it on.

I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel where I was greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday and enjoyed the cozy lobby library during my downtime. The rooftop terrace and relaxing spa were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the bathroom was a bit snug, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 🎉

What a lovely stay! The heritage building was a delight, and we appreciated its roomy accommodations. With three dogs in tow, having a cozy space made our experience memorable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the harbor and nearby attractions.
My kids wished there were more grassy areas for our dogs to play nearby.

The location is a major highlight, providing easy access to Circular Quay and numerous dining options. The bed was very comfortable, making my nights restful, and the customer service at the front desk was commendable. However, the room had a persistent damp smell, and the bathroom was quite cramped, which detracted from the overall experience.

Beautiful heritage charm and cozy atmosphere.
The stay was disappointing. We booked a Heritage Superior Queen Room but faced significant issues. The air conditioning was broken, making our room stuffy and uncomfortable. We had to switch rooms due to another issue, and the door would jam every time it was closed, creating a safety hazard for us.
